When I visited it looked like tables were available. Desperately needs to be more organised! What are the opening times and can you book a table? Cool members bar with nice views over a busy London. , very greasy - you could squeeze it and oil just poured out. Eventually I approached the bar and the food came 5 minutes later. Great vibe and lovely cakes. Great venue so check it out, the cafe... Not sure but think it is open regular cinema hours and I'm sure you can pre-book the restaurant upstairs. But having complained to them already, I did not get a response that suggested they cared , or were going to change. You get the upside of being able to be around people who really just like to go to see good films.
This place is an absolute disgrace. Map updates are paused. Regent Street / St James's (Y) is 188 meters away, 3 min walk. Alas, once again ruined by poor management who are simply in the wrong trade. More 4 the cinema than eating I have pop corn 4 a snack from there good service and range of movies there. Sorry I cannot help you further. The food was disgusting. I'm afraid once served it didn't get any better. As a member there are discounts and the members bar (which I toured) and roof terrace are IMHO better than joining some posh members-only club. No greeting or signs of any welcome.
