Aug 14/20: I followed the app to the parking garage and accidentally pulled in one driveway too soon. I called Spothero support (844) 324-SPOT (7768) and the courteous rep refunded the charge, then was kind enough to make the correct reservation for me. We take matters such as this very seriously and always follow up with the location. Spothero support is only a click away with a contact link on both the website and app. We wound up deciding to ride with another family so I never went back in the app and it charged me for the spot anyway.

I had inadvertently clicked on "book" without rechecking the date, which unfortunately was for 9/9/20 at 10:30AM. The last thing we ever want is our customers to be towed. Most disappointing was the damage to my car. 4 hours later i received the response "you parked in the wrong spot. Compare prices and locations to find the best spot possible. When I called customer service they promised my money back for both the spot I didnt use and both uber trips. Horrible company, I will never use it again. Spot here didn’t mention that each car had to be brought in & out on an elevator. I paid $15 to book and when I come the open lot only charge $10 and $12 for the two lots on each side of the street. First time using SpotHero and they sent me to a garage that is completely booked up! With SpotHero, you can enter any time after the reservation begins and leave any time before it ends, otherwise you are subject to pay the difference to the garage directly. UPDATE:Aug 31/20: A few days after my post, I was finally reached out to and my problem was resolved. There are now many different ways that people can make money online, and in fact these options just keep piling up. No matter what type of space you have, your parking pass holds the key to help you figure out what to do once you arrive. This seems like something that could work out, and one of the elements I was happy with was that they do sport a Facebook Fan Page so that means they are socially active and anyone can go there for more information and support. You’re at a license plate spot! When I tried to change the date, a prompt read that the res could not be changed once parking is started. When you’re ready to park, pull into the garage or lot and park your car in any spot that doesn’t say ‘reserved’. Before we move forward though, remember to keep in mind that with a Spothero coupon it is easier to get Spothero parking for less if you are looking for a car space and these can be found at coupons sites online.
